Lou is founder of Juggling Life Inc., the largest charity juggling group in the northeast. He has directed over 100 juggling programs for children with cancer. He is an award-winning teacher, a Chicken Soup for the Soul author, and chess coach. 

Lou's program will bring energy, creativity, and connection to your workplace with this unique, hands-on juggling workshop. Designed for professionals of all levels, the session uses juggling as a tool to improve focus, build resilience, and strengthen team dynamics.

What to Expect:
Led by Louis De Lauro—an award-winning educator. Louis has performing, and team-building experience—this workshop is fast-paced, inclusive, and surprisingly impactful. Louis has taught thousands of people to juggle, using humor, encouragement, and simple steps that lead to success.

Participants will:
  • Learn to juggle in a fun, supportive environment
  • Practice mindfulness, concentration, and adaptability
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration
  • Embrace a growth mindset by learning from mistakes
  • Take home their own set of juggling balls
